Archival pigment prints are created on Epson Stylus 9800 and 9900 Pro wide-format printers. We've selected Canson Baryta Photographique Paper which is heavy, pure white paper with a satin surface that mimics darkroom photo paper.
Every high-end frame is cut, joined, sanded, stained, and finished by hand using the highest-quality hardwoods. The artists that create these beautiful frames are obsessed with the details and you'll notice it.
These handmade frames contain spline joints, 99% UV-filtering acrylic, and are constructed from completely archival materials.
Each product on our website is paired with 3 recommended finish options to best enhance the printed imagery.
All items are considered to be custom and do not qualify for adjustment, cancellation, refund or return from the time of your order placement.
Lead Times and Shipping
Lead time for custom framing is approximately 3 -4 weeks to ship, plus delivery time. Once your order is placed we’ll send you updates throughout the process so you know when your item(s) ship.
Orders are shipped within the continental United States via FedEx or FedEx Freight Service based on the size of your custom artwork.
FedEx - 20" x 30" and 24" x 36" items.
FedEx Freight Service (crated) - 30" x 45" and 40" x 60" items.
Please inquire directly for international orders.
FedEx Premium Freight Service is available for an additional fee to deliver your large artwork inside your home or office. This is ideal for urban living and large freight items that may be a two person job.
Damaged / Lost / Stolen Policy
If your custom art has been damaged in shipment you must report it within 7 days of delivery. Please send the order information along with photographic evidence of the exterior and interior packaging as well as the artwork with / without framing clearly showing damage.
If you can’t locate your custom art order you must report it lost or stolen within 7 days of recorded delivery. Many carriers are experiencing delivery delays so if your package has been marked delivered but not yet received, the following situations may have occurred:
- The carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen.
- A neighbor, roommate, or apartment manager may have accepted the package on your behalf.
- The carrier marked the package as delivered a few days in advance.
